Myrrh, a common counterpart to Frankincense, is used ceremonially by many people around the world. Generally it is found in its resin form however during our travels in Guatemala we came across the bark which we appreciate for its more gentle energetics. Myrrh is often used to soothe the energy of grief as well as in manifestation rites.
